    Fees (pricing is in USD):
    The price for this 10 day / 9 night trip is $ 7,500 / per person, double occupancy. Single occupancy supplement is $ 900. Tour starts and ends in the city of Bordeaux.

     

    What the Fee includes:
    • 9 nights hotel accommodation as spelled out in the itinerary.
    • 9 breakfast buffets.
    • Travel in the wine region by luxury air-conditioned motor coach.
    • 4 exquisite gourmet lunches and dinners with wine pairing at famous Châteaux and at friend's wine estates.
    • 2 lunches at beautiful up-scale restaurants in Bordeaux and Cap Ferret.
    • Typical French country lunches and dinners.
    • Visits of, and tastings at 22 Châteaux (18 are classified)
    • Visit of 1 Grand Cru Classé Château in the Médoc (Lafite-Rothschild).
    • The opportunity to meet with the Châteaux owners and/or winemakers.
    • 1 visit of a cooperage.
    • 1 visit of a merchant house in Bordeaux.
    • 1 visit of an oyster farm with oyster tasting.
    • Experiencing spectacular historic and cultural sites.
    • Expert guidance by Annette and Christian Schiller throughout the trip.
    • Getting the "inside track".

     

    What is NOT included:
    • Your travel to and from Bordeaux.
    • Tips for the driver and guides.
    • Your travel insurance.

     

    The organizers reserve the right to alter the program as may be necessary, but we will make every effort to stay as close as possible to the itinerary as shown today. We contacted all locations and persons mentioned in the program and they would love to welcome us. However at this early point in the planning the owners / winemakers cannot oversee their schedules and their availability might be beyond their and thus our control. We assure you that the quality of the visits and tastings will always be at the highest level.
