    The Eastern tour

    11 day immersion: June 19 – June 29, 2023

    Fees (pricing is in USD)
    The price for this 11 day / 10 night trip is $ 6,500 / per person, double occupancy. Single occupancy supplement is $ 400. Tour starts in Berlin and ends in the city of Frankfurt am Main.

     

    What the Fee includes:
    • 10 nights hotel accommodation as spelled out in the itinerary.
    • 10 sumptuous breakfast buffets.
    • Travel in the wine region by luxury air-conditioned motor coach, and by train.
    • Lunches and dinners at excellent restaurants including including wine-pairing meals at wine producing estates guided by the owners as spelled out in the itinerary.
    • Visits of, and tastings at about 18 top wineries (most belong to the VDP, Germany’s elite winemakers’ association).
    • The opportunity to meet with many of the winery owners and winemakers.
    • Experiencing of spectacular historic and cultural sites.
    • 1 tour of a spectacular museum.
    • 1 lecture, presentation, and short concert by the resident organist of the "Bach" organ.
    • 3 concert / opera / chamber music / performances at world-renowned theater houses (some performance schedules are not published yet, so not all performances are spelled out in the itinerary)
    • Expert guidance by Annette and Christian Schiller throughout the trip.
    • Getting the "INSIDE TRACK".

     

    What is NOT included:
    • Travel to Berlin and from Frankfurt am Main.
    • Tips for the driver and guides.
    • Your travel insurance.

     

    The organizers reserve the right to alter the program as may be necessary, but we will make every effort to stay as close as possible to the itinerary as shown today. We contacted all locations and persons mentioned in the program and they would love to personally welcome us. However at this early point in the planning the owners / winemakers cannot oversee their schedules and their availability might be beyond their and thus our control. We assure you that the quality of the visits and tastings will always be at the highest level.
