12 day immersion: May 28 - June 08, 2023
Please fill out a separate reservation form for each person travelling. If you would like to book a double room, please indicate below the name of your travel companion, in order for us to allocate the rooms accordingly.
This 12 day trip is 6,900 USD per person, dbl. occupancy. Single supplement is 400 USD.
A deposit payment of $ 2,000 / per person is necessary to guarantee your reservation. Participation is strictly limited to 10 people, registrations will be made on a first come, first serve basis.

- You will receive a confirmation notice and the invoice after the deposit has been received. The remainder of the fees ( $ 4900/p. person, double occupancy - $ 5,300/p. person, single occupancy) is due no later than March 01, 2023. Cancellation requests made in writing by mail or by email on or before March 01, 2023 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee per person.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted after March 01, 2023. NO refunds for any reason will be made after this cut-off date. If you must cancel, you may substitute another traveler by simply submitting his/her name and address by mail or email.
