IMMERSION IN RHÔNE
11 day immersion: October 13 - 23, 2024
Please fill out a separate reservation form for each person travelling. If you would like to book a double room, please indicate below the name of your travel companion, in order for us to allocate the rooms accordingly.
This 11 day trip is 7,600 USD per person, dbl. occupancy. Single supplement is 900 USD.
A deposit payment of $ 2,000 / per person is necessary to guarantee your reservation. Participation is strictly limited to 10 people, registrations will be made on a first come, first serve basis.

To guarantee your slot, please submit the deposit. Payment can be made

- You will receive a confirmation notice and the invoice after the deposit payment has been received. The remainder of the fees ($ 5600/p. person, double occupancy - $ 6500/p. person, single occupancy) is due no later than July 13, 2024. Cancellation requests made in writing by mail or by email on or before July 13, 2024 will be refunded less a $100 processing fee per person.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted after July 13, 2024. NO refunds for any reason will be made after this cut-off date. If you must cancel, you may substitute another traveler by simply submitting his/her name and address by mail or email.
